Updates
9/20/17
ATR Corinth Partners completed the sale of the Sears portion of the mall.
3/14/17
ATR has had difficulty in the recruitment of smaller sized retailers. Taken a turn and is looking at a larger single retailer that would consume the majority of the retail space. Continue to look for the right partner(s). Moving away from the thought of the apartment housing.
12/6/16
Mall developer (ATR) continues to redefine redevelopment plan. Close to signing another new retailer for the mall. Sometime in early 2017, will begin to see demolition around the site. Reports are that ATR is working with a local developer on market-rate housing, which hinges on the purchase of the sears building and associated parking. This is moving forward along with other redevelopment efforts.
Riverhills apartment housing opening soon. Looking at additional housing – market rate and luxury apartments.
9/8/16
- Provided ATR Corinth (mall’s owners) with primary and secondary research
- Will continue working with ATR Corinth as project develops including bringing in additional partners
